It was 30 degrees today, but that did not deter 31 PAX from F3 Greenwood to get out of bed. There was a plethora of activity as YHC pulled into the parking lot at 5:10 a.m. – ruckers, walkers, joggers, sprinters, etc. It was nice to see & feel some energy! It was great to see 2C post at a run day! Keep it up! Can’t win the “most improved runner award” in 2019 without posting at a run!

We all returned safely at 6:00 (or shortly thereafter).

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Polly was missing today.

Prayers: Pusher mentioned that his parents are struggling a bit and could use our prayers.

YHC prayed and we drank coffee.
