General FAQs
What Is IPC?
In 2017, some of the studs of F3Greenwood were sitting around at a coffeteria after a rather epic beatdown and began to debate who was the strongest and the fastest among us. And from that, it led to this idea, of creating a competition that would be F3Nation wide to prove that. And one thing led to another, and here we are, now 7 years later.
We realize that, most men are competitive and this competition was designed to challenge each of the men of F3Nation. It is a “You vs You” competition, designed to push yourself beyond what you think you can do.
Why Do It?
Because it unifies your region. It brings out the best in all of us. It emphasizes the mentality of “picking up the 6”. It pushes men to get out of their comfort zones. It brings back the Kotters and brings in the FNGs. And as a whole strengthens and unifies the region who commits to it.
Who Can Do It?
Every man can do it. Workouts are hard but there are ways to modify. We want each man to complete each week and do that however they need to. It’s all about what can you do. How can you get better.
How Does It Work?
Each week, the workout of the week will be released on Sunday across all social media platforms. We encourage you to follow us on YouTube as that is where the video will be housed. The workout will be different each week, but it is designed so that wherever you are in the F3 world, you will be able to do it.
Each PAX that is registered then has all week to complete the workout. You can complete the workout as many times as you would like, but only submit the score that you want to be considered for the leaderboard. Don’t submit multiple results.
How Do I Sign Up?
Really easy. Go to f3greenwood.org. And click on the button that says “Register Now”. That’s all you have to do. Or click here, https://f3greenwood.org/registerIPC
How Do I Submit My Score?
After completing the workout, go to https://f3greenwood.org/ipc-submit-score. Remember, only enter the score that you want counted for that week.
You have until midnight on that Sunday to submit your score. Please remember to submit your score in either a rep count or HH:MM:SS format.
If you modify in anyway, please note that when it is requested. Modifications are encouraged for those who need to modify. So, if you’re one of those PAX who is nursing an injury or is unable to perform the prescribed work, take advantage of the modifications that ScarU out of F3Princeton designs.
Remember, these workouts are designed to be hard and to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Yes, there is a scoreboard, and yes we get some insanely fast times or high rep counts. But, at the end of the day, the most important question is, did you go as fast or get as many reps as you could. It is a “You vs You” competition. So, have fun with it. Get your brothers involved. Get out there. And thanks for playing.
