19 men gathered at Starbucks for the first Sunday Long Run Day in 2019. A variety of routes and distances were run and everyone returned by 7 for an indoor COT and the first Q-Source meeting.

Lesson of the day: Always make sure you have your keys in your hand before you lock your car door.
