After a call to arms by YHC (admittedly in my asshole ways) for a pitiful showing on Monday, the PAX rallied at Fury on Tuesday. 16 PAX took the early DRP and showed up for the hour long special. I expected a larger crowd due to forecasted better weather and HCs from the night before. That said, i needed a workout that would spread us out but keep us predominantly under the gazebo in the event that 25% chance of ran popped up.

After each round complete a set of 50 calf raises.
After completion of 2 rounds, take a lap around the pond. Approx 800m.

Solid work this morning. Up to you to push yourself and i think we did for the most part.
Anyone see Tweeter? Holy Crap what a performance.
Burpee Box Jumps are killer in that workout.
Some good tunes and some not so good ones.
Sour took an extra lap first go round after missing pit lane.
Lap around the pond is deceiving based on whether you go right or left. I like left, but most went right it appeared.
Disconnect continuing to show up and push the limits, keep coming.
I think most got at least 3 laps around the pond with some getting in 4.
Good turnout at Starbucks afterwards.
