Conditions were good this morning. 28 degrees and clear skies.  I had rather be cold than hot any day of the week.

Mosey to the coupon cage.  This turned out to be an adventure.  I knew it would be very wet this morning, but I had no clue the Epicenter had turned into a swamp.  As soon as we left the parking area to retrieve a coupon we were running through a wet minefield with no light to see.  Wrong step and your feet were soaked.  Not a good feeling when it’s 28 degrees out. Even for someone who likes cold weather.

Work: 

Under the Gazebo perform: 

50 Curls, 40 Reverse Crunches, 30 Air Squats.  Mosey to play ground and do 5 pull ups.  Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds.

50 Chest Presses, 40 Table Top Leg Raises, 30 Jungle Bois.  5 Spiderman Merkins counting one side.  Rinse and repeat for 4 rounds.

Farmers carry alternating hands back to coupon cage.

Good crowd this morning and all put in solid work.  Good to have Quickie back out in the gloom.  I’m pretty sure I saw an HC from Hulk last night, but he was nowhere to be seen at Epicenter. Maybe he go lost in the Swamp.  Who knows?
