Be safe while running. Today I was on the outer edge of the outer lane and noticed a car approaching in the inner lane so i held my position. As the car came closer, another car darted from behind to the lane I was in as it passed. I quickly jumped to the sidewalk. I think the darting car startled me more than endangered me. Don’t take any approaching car for granted. Keep your head up and stay prepared to move.

A good crowd for Sunday morning especially after a Christmas party hosted by Baby Blu the night before. Thanks for inviting all us knuckleheads into your home.
