YHC signed up for this Q with no real plan in mind until I realized yesterday that today is 12 days until Christmas. YHC dropped off the whiteboard in front of the school on the way in and whipped into the parking lot right at 1 minute warning time.

-The first F3 bootcamp that YHC attended was at the Shipyard almost 3 years ago.  That bootcamp was a 12 days of Christmas theme that I believe was Q’ed by Uncle Jesse.  So YHC decided to put 12 exercises together and try to bring some pain.
-Putting this work together was complicated by the lack of coupons at the Shipyard, but I think it was successful.
-Very little mumblechatter this morning until some pax were finishing up their 12 days and there was still time left.  YHC announced that they could work their way back down through the 12 days.  Sugar was not happy.
-Great effort by all pax that showed up this morning.  Several were missed, namely Pusher, Mr Bean, Baby Blu, and Pothole.
-A sincere Happy Birthday to Tickle.
