With the P200 teams set, it’s time for training to get underway.  16 pax braved the cold and got out in #TheWood on this Friday morning to log some miles.  Disclaimer was given at the 1 minute warning along with the prescribed hillwork along the Bearcat route.  Most pax did their own thing but at least 4 pax worked up and down the Crews St and Wilson St hills.  A few other pax made a quick pass through on their way back to the fountain.
