Six men decided to fight off the cold and join me for my first Fury Q in quite a while.
I found an old Uncle Jesse workout and modified it slightly so I knew this would be a workout worthy of the meatheads who post at Fury. It was designed for partner work, but there were only 5 of us when the start time rolled around. Thankfully, Tweeter is consistent and we had a good feeling he would roll in a couple minutes late. True to form, he arrived as we began.
25 SSHs as we waited for Tweeter to join us and give us an even number.
We paired up and jumped right into the work. It went like this:
P1 does reps/P2 runs to the tree line and back. Switch.
75 Burpee Block Jumpovers
100 V ups
125 KB Swings
150 Goblet Squats
175 Leg Raises
200 Curls
175 Am Hammers (w/ coupon or without)
150 Tricep Extensions
125 Jungle Boy Squats
100 Big Boy Situps
75 Burpees Block Jumpovers
Extra Credit for Early Finishers: P1 dead hangs/P2 does 30 ab reps. Switch
Sugar and Inspector finished up with a few minutes to go and the rest of us finished up a couple minutes before 6.
