100 Abs (50 leg raises, 25 russian twists and 25 LBCs)
Burpee Broad Jump Back (~25 yards)
50 Pull-ups
25 Burpees
Had about 20 mins left so we added the following:
1 mile run to Hibachi Hill and back
50 calf raises
50 Curls
25 Leg Raises
50 calf rasies
50 curls
25 Leg Raises
25 Jungle Boi Squats
1 min hang

Excellent work this morning.
We’ve gotten more proficient at this workout as evidenced by the extra time at the end. Getting better boys.
Hands were cold. I think someone mentioned their butt being frozen.
No sign of DC, 2C or Alpo. These guys are in the running for Fartsacker of the Year 2019, so keep watching.
