Conditions:  49 degrees, humid, with heavy fog.

12 Pax came out for a misty morning run at the Hero Hills.  There isn’t much I can say about the runs themselves, as everyone went at different times/distances/paces, but all pax did work.

COT, Announcements (New Year’s Day convergence at Epicenter Tuesday, 6am, Hulk on the Q.) Prayer requests.
Many Pax adjourned to the Dog Park, aka Starbucks, for Coffeeteria.   While enjoying canine mating dances, Hulk took the conversation in an interesting direction, giving us a detailed history of John Kellogg (of Kellogg’s cereal fame), and his use of yogurt enemas as a key method of maintaining good health.

There followed an extensive discussion of the pros and cons of various brands and types of yogurt, particularly the ones being “stuck up your tail hole”, as described by our 3rd F Q.  The merits of Yoplait vs. Activia were compared, along with the benefits of Greek vs. traditional yogurt. The consensus was that yogurt with fruit on the bottom would not be efficacious.

There was also some discussion of a 2nd F event at Yep It’s Yogurt, which all present decided should be put off indefinitely, and all Pax are discouraged from patronizing Yep It’s Yogurt if Hulk is present.

The Pax then adjourned, presumably to stop by their favorite grocery store to stock up on yogurt for the week.
