when the light in my chest won’t be held at bay any longer
Conditions were excellent as five pax made their time and distance known on the Sunday Coffee Run whiteboard. All were back in time to circle up and have some coffee. The Champ (a.k.a. Pusher) also joined us for coffee. We were counted. We were named. And we prayed. Until next time, enjoy the tunes: [youtube […]
Variety is the spice of life.
It was a perfect 55 degrees this morning. IMO, that’s about perfect weather for a jog. Or a Ruck. Or a walk. Or a 5K Indian Run. And, that’s exactly what happened. The beauty of this AO is the flexibility PAX have to do whatever they want and/or need to do. For example, several PAX […]
Perfect Sunday Morning for a run
The forecast for this morning was to be just about perfect weather to get out on the road and get some miles in. YHC did a little recruiting yesterday afternoon and it seemed to pay off. 13 pax decided to get out and get better on this Sunday morning. Most pax signed out on the […]
About last Sunday
Better late than never but 6 pax came out for a beautiful Sunday #coffeeruns. Some ran and some rucked it. All enjoyed the 2nd F.
Easy like Sunday Morning
YHC is notorious for posting backblasts late. Sunday runs and Out n Back were no exception this week. 6 pax came out for a Sunday morning run, taking advantage of Piddler’s new sign-in technique to allow a variety of start times. Weather was cool, with rain on the horizon, but everyone had a good run.
I’m not afraid of sleeping like I used to be

Announcements: Saturday’s workout is at Terrapin, Q needed. 5K for Sugars sister-in-law is April 21. May 12 is the 3 year anniversary for F3 Greenwood. […]
No Rain Mid-Week Tour De Greenwood
WarmUp-None TheThang – I am sure the forecast for rain kept a few PAX in the fartsack, I am sure a few drops on the roofs at home scared a few more away from posting, but 22 PAX chose to ignore the threat or perceived imminence of rain and came out to get better in […]
Piddler’s Tardy BackBlasts – Part 3 of 3
With this being the sunday after the P200, YHC expected a light crowd. There were a few rucking vehicles in the parking lot when YHC arrived and it had rained not too long before this so YHC thought that the weather had passed. Upon discussing route options with MaryAnne, we looked at the radar and […]
The Wind Done Blew!
Conditions: 47 and WINDY COT: Disclaimer given. The Thang: Run, or Ruck for 45 minutes and return to Starbucks by 6:00. NMM: YHC thought with the P200 looming, our numbers would be smaller due to tapering. It was great to see 34 (thirty-four) Pax post on a very windy morning. The thermostat might have said […]
#2 Works For Pusher
