7 PAX (of the 11 HCs) decided to start their day at Fury to get a quality hour long beat down. YHC decided to keep it simple this morning. With some increased mileage planned this week, I decided to stay predominately stationary for this Bootcamp. I searched old BBs to come up with something that i felt was appropriate and ended up mixing in 2 previous Qs. It was perfect morning with temps in the 40s, grass was mowed, and the ground was pretty dry for a change. It went down like this:

- Great job by everyone who actually showed up
- Southern Belle dealing with some elbow issues but soldiered though.
- Personally, that was the strongest i felt at a bootcamp in quite sometime, although that warmup did gas me.
- Speaking of gas, holy shit Dixie Chick, please don’t ever do that again.
- Playlist was Pusher’s playlist, but he fartsacked so we all enjoyed his crappy music in his absence.
- Inspector still beasting workouts on the regular.
