6 PAX showed up for a Red Friday workout that was more work than i originally estimated.  For some reason, when i reviewed the list, I mistakenly thought the slowest time to complete Hamilton previously was 45 mins, when in fact, that was the previous fastest time to complete it!  Nonetheless, 6 dedicated PAX gave the workout a go and got as far as they could.  Temps were perfect.  It went like this:

U.S. Army Specialist Adam Hamilton, 22, of Kent, OH, assigned to the 4th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, based in Fort Riley, KS, died on May, 28, 2011 in Haji Ruf, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when enemy forces attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

He is survived by his father Scott Hamilton, step-mother Connie Hamilton, mother Nancy Krestan, brothers Brandon Hamilton and Nick Krestan, and sisters Shawney and Taya Hamilton.

• I think it’s a bit harsh to put those “DNFs” up there given that it was my fault to schedule a workout that likely would not be completed in the time allotted.  People have to get to work etc.  My bad.
• I also think it’s a bit misleading to show a gap between Duggar and me.  The only separating factor is that i can string the kipping pull-ups and he has quite mastered it yet.  Dude is a machine though.  A “proper athlete” if you will.  Get that nutrition right Duggar and you’ll be next level.
• Inspector has quietly turned into a beast.  I also caught him at LaHa last night and he helped us avoid missing our table by coming and grabbing us at Gamestop when our name was called.  A true HIM.
• Pusher backdoored credit for Furious challenge by posting at Red Friday and Saturday bootcamp.  Well done.
• Also, both SB and Mary Anne labored through this workout with injuries.  But they showed up and got better.  I’m glad they did.
