Decline Merkins, Squats, Flutter Kicks (IC): repeats of 20-15-10-5

Dips, Lunges, LBCs: repeats of 20-15-10-5

5-1 Merkins and Plank (on Q’s count)

10 V-ups, 20 Worley Boys (IC) – 2 rounds

SSH x 15 (IC) and 5 Burpees – 2 Rounds

Note: After each exercise above, 20 calf raises

Duggar works out all the time and I am soooo glad he was there to keep my counting straight on an exercise Sugar taught me at Fury…the merkin/plank duo! #Beast!
