For those of you who have completed the first 2 weeks (3 if you count the practice week), TCLAPS to you! You are almost done. Keep using the IronPAX Challenge as a way to push yourself and your region.
As the winner of the 2021 Regional Challenge, F3 Puget Sound had the honor of developing the Week 3 workout. We get a lot of submissions from regions with some really good ideas for workouts. Keep sending them our way! We will often pick exercises from your submissions. But the only way to guarantee your region gets to design a workout in its entirety, is to win the Regional Competition. “How do you do that?” You win, not only by guys posting great results on the leader board, and by getting involvement from as many PAX as possible.
The Week 3 workout honors Kathleen Walzer (Burns’ M) so it has special meaning to the men of Puget Sound. This is a great reminder of what F3 is about. Sure, we may do some silly stuff in the gloom, but it is the fellowship that keeps us together. We are here to “pick up the 6” in the workouts and in life. The men of Puget Sound are doing that well. What a way to honor her legacy and the PAX who is left behind. So, TCLAPS to them.
