Sunday Run

Some ran, some met for a leadership meeting.  It was fun.

Very late back Blast for Coffee Runs

Numbers were low today at Hero Hills.  Great to see the guys out that made it.  Weather was great.  Various distances were run and all returned safely.    

Another Late Back Blast

Yet another late back blast from YHC.  When will I ever learn to put in the work within 24 hours of the Q.  One day, Maybe. Everyone returned safely again on the run from Starbucks.  Several runners that have been training for a race are looking solid and are sure to crush their upcoming events.

Will the weather make up its mind?

Another great morning to get better was available today and 22 decided to grab the opportunity.  All that went out returned safely. Prayer Request/Praise Report Gomer Pyle has 2 job offers, prayers for decisions.

Coffee Run 9/16/2019

12 men gathered to start the work week with a variety of miles from the Greenwood Starbucks. Some left at 5. Others left later. We all returned by 6 for COT. Good work men. DC

Some hills, some Recovery, no IPC here

7 @f3Greenwood Pax pulled themselves out of bed to get better today.  Some were recovering from week 2 iron pax challenge.  All went out and returned safe.
