YHC took the Q for the 9-11 coffee run and planned a run to honor those who lost their lives on this fateful day. When YHC arrived, the parking lot was full or cars but not a lot of PAX as most had already taken off to stick with their training plans. But 5 PAX decided to take part in the planned run.

The route was 3.43 miles long which also represents the number of NYC firemen who lost their lives. Every tenth of a mile, we alternated between 9 mountain climbers and 11 SSH’s. Four PAX took off with this plan, while Tweeter joined us mid-run.

All returned safely.
