Everyone had been dredding this workout since it first appeared on the back channels within the super secret confines of F3Greenwood. Meatloaf was the original creator and though his version is dastardly, it was tweaked to make it that much more intense. All the pax responded well once the clock(s) started to tick and sweat equity became the downpainment necessary.

Speaking of lost phones. There were some delusions post WOD about lost phones. Belle was wandering aimlessly in search of his and Inspector dropped/tossed his in the darkness of the gloom only to step on it later.
YHC can’t state it enough how awesome it is to see every guy charge straight out his comfort zone into the hell that exists on the edges of their limits.
