Exercise as a group. When finished with your reps, plank for the six.
Start at the bottom of the concrete monster. Run to the first station at the back of the school. 30 box jumps, run to the wall at the other end of the school. 30 mountain climbers, run to the far light pole. 30 jungle boi squats, run to the flag pole. 30 american hammers, run to the benches in front of the school. 30 dips on the bench, run to the top of the concrete monster. 30 curls at the top of the concrete monster, run 6 flights of steps. Run to the bottom of the concrete monster and finish with 30 merkins.
Next lap reduce exercises by 5 reps and steps by 1. We completed three rounds around the school. On the third round we had to mosey back to the coupons to put them up as time ran out.
Move of the day: Blue passes Pusher who had the inside track on the steps. This is now known as the Kevin Harvick move on Pusher.
Work was done as a group so we all pushed each other. Good work by all.
