Tsunami has been hit by a tidal wave of casualties recently.

  1. The AOQ turned 50, #respect well we haven’t gotten to tell him because he’s been on his death bed since the big day and all night party.  Still not sure the diagnosis but we know he’s the PAX formally known as Pusher now….
  2. Mr. Bean has been taken out by a sniper, the latest locked up body part is his knee.
  3. Trav feeling left out decided to lock up his calf yesterday and call in a sub, but there were only crickets to the call for assistance.  YHC had privately accepted the call for help if no one else would step up.  I had the Q so we know no one else stepped up.  Apparently Trav didn’t pay attention to twitter as it showed YHC on the Q so he showed up this morning.  When he learned YHC had stepped up to Q he went back home to rest his locked calf.

Drop a coupon off in the far corner of the field and mosey to the middle.

In the center perform 20 Bonnie Blairs and 20 BBS then run to one corner and perform 60 Chest Press, 50 Curls and 40 Overhead Press, back to middle 20 Bonnie Blairs and 20 BBS, run to another corner 40 Bent Rows, 30 Kettlebell Swings and 20 Tricep Ext, back to middle 20 Bonnie Blairs and 20 BBS, run to another corner 25 Lunge Steps, 20 Air Squats and 15 Jump Squats, run back to the middle 20 Bonnie Blairs and 20 BBS, run to last corner 40 Heel taps, 30 Freddy Mercury and 20 Dying Cockroaches…Recover

In the center perform 10 Air Squats and 10 WWI then run to one corner and perform 20 Pullover/Chest Press and 5 Manmakers, back to middle 10 Air Squats and 10 WWI, run to another corner 20 Al Gore/Front Press and 10 Jump Squat/Bent Row back to middle 10 Air Squats and 10 WWI, run to another corner 10 Burpees and 10 Workins, run back to the middle 10 Air Squats and 10 WWI, run to last corner 20 PlankJacks an 20 Flutterkicks….Recover

And before you ask, no we did not have to remember all this, YHC made cards and placed them in the corners with the reps and exercises #QPass 🙂
