No rhyme or reason for naming of Q this morning. Just came to me as typing. Of course, had to find a video to match. Got to Tsumani a little early this morning so joined in for about 10 minutes of Baby Blue’s “hard work out ” for a warm up. T-Rav and Blueprint pulled up so mosied over to meet with the crew, leaving my traitorous partner. Knowing we weren’t having any more to join , and if so, Blue could send them our way, we mosied down to the coupon pile about 5:57 and then on to the professional field.

15 LBAC front and back

Main thang:

Set coupons in line on the 50. Starting on one end on the track, did 20 merkins, ran to first station and did 20 overhead presses. Ran to center of field and did 20 curls. ran to end line and did 20 tricep extensions. exited back on other side of track. Circled field on track for 200 yards to back on entrance point on the 50. This completed 1 circuit. Did 5 circuits. 100 merkins, 100 overhead presses, 100 curls , and 100 triceps, and 1000 yard + run.

Gathered coupons and took them to end zone , this time putting together at one station. Everything we did in this circuit was together counted out. On corner of the track adjacent to the end zone, 20 flutter kicks counting one leg, ran on end zone line to coupons, 20 manmakers, ran to center of field , 20 bonnie blairs- from there ran across end zone out to track and circled bottom corner of track til we got back to starting point. the was one circuit. completed 3 circuits and ran out of time. Did not get to complete last two.

Returned coupons and circled up around flag.

Prayer requests;
several, which we lifted up for group and then talked about our own issues in more detail than normal. I have many close friends in F3 , T-Rav and Blueprint being among the closest. This morning we spent 10 minutes extra in this time in some serious ,private discussions for prayers. This is one of those times where you are with the inner circle of your inner circles. And it was real about real things. I personally have grown fond of all the friendships I have in F3 and I would be there for any of you, but reality is we have to have the real real close bonds with some, and it is impossible to with all. I encourage all of you to learn trust and truth with these type small circles. I would invite any of you young or new guys in F3, if you ever have a real situation in your life and you think good godly council is needed in a private manner, Tsunami is a good workout to come to . You generally have T-Rav, Blueprint, Hoser, Baby Blue, Mr. Bean, occasionally Meatloaf present along with myself. We all have a more seasoned, non-judgemental outlook on life (yes we are the old group as we are called by some), and we are willing to spend some time talking about it with you. Just saying.
