YHC had been talking with others about losing weight this month. Of course, 90 percent is gonna depend on my diet. But, also of course, I will talk about and think about the other 10 percent all month. So, with that, said I needed to get more cardio in my boot camps this month, starting with an altered godzilla.

Warm up

SSH cadence 10

LbAC 10 cadence each way

Calve raises and squats x 10

 

GODZILLA

starting at center of field, head to the sideline to start.

50yard line -5burpies

Run to end zone -50 curls

Run to other corner of same end zone- 50 tricep extensions

Run to 50 -5 burpies

Run to end zone- 50 merkins

Run to other corner of end zone- 50 big not sit ups.

Run to 50- this completes round 1. At this point you will start round 2 with 5 burpies and head to end zone and keep going as follows:

Round 2- 40 reps in each corner

Round 3-30. Round 4-20.  Round 5-10.

When you finish your last 10 big not sit ups, run to 50 and head to center of field. 50 flutter kicks to end and check time. See if you can beat last time.
