Cold and miserable weather! Where did the spring go? Well, we never got a winter, so I guess we skipped spring, summer , and fall and now at winter 2018. All Mosied with coupon to professional field and here we go: This is meant to work core and to get HR up by trying to complete .
Main thang-Godzilla
Beginning at one corner of the outside of endzone:
1. From corner of endzone, Run to 50 yard line -30 Burpies
2. Run to back end zone corner- 30 flutter kicks counting one leg.
3. Run to other corner of end zone- 30 merkins
4. Run to 50 yard line- 30 jungle boy squats
5. Run to corner of end zone -30 curls.
6. Run to corner where you started-30 tricep extensions
This completes one lap.
Next lap is same as with Battleship–you decrease by 5 at each station.
Total of 6 laps to complete Godzilla.
Estimated time-Bobber 31 minutes, Pusher 32, Trav 33.5, Blueprint 35. Props to Bobber who did an extra lap til everyone finished.
We did COT with Shipyard on the front side which I actually liked. When combined our numbers are less than 15, we might do that some to interact with others. We will see.
