Although there is Fury’s Revenge, Battleship, several amraps that some PAX repeat over and over, etc. , for some reason Godzilla is abused because of it’s repetitive nature. Warm up: Jog to Professional field to the center on the 50.
15 SSH in cadence
15 LBACs front and back
15 cut the grass
10 slow squats
Main thang: GODZILLA
Starting at center of field-run to outside lines. 5 burpies at the 50. run to endzone-50 merkins. run across to other corner of endzone-50 big boy sit ups. run to 50 yard line- 5 burpies. run to endzone -50 triceps extensions with coupon. run to other end of endzone- 50 curls with coupon. this completes one complete rotation.
Next-5 burpies at each 50. 40 of each exercise in each corner.
round 3-5 burpies at each 50-30 of each exercise in each corner.
round 4-5 burpies at each 50-20 of each exercise in each corner.
round 5- 5 burpies at each 50 -10 of each exercise in each corner.
When completed 5 full rotations, run to center of field at the 50 and perform 50 flutter kicks counting one leg and you are complete.
Total exercises completed. – 1 mile run, 150 each of merkins, big boy sit ups, curls , and tricep extensions, 50 burpies and flutter kicks.
Times- Baby blue 30 min, Pusher 31 min, Mr. Bean 32 min, Posh 34 min, Sunshine (double downer) 38 min. Boy George and X-ray on last round.
First one done starts Merry – 20 of each-as each Pax completes Godzilla join in.
