YHC was a last hour , kind of, replacement for his own AOQ. Of course, if we would have not told anyone, many would have shown up for the Nantan lead. But, word got out, and everyone had the fear of godzilla appearing and fled. No godzilla today, but there were parts from past leads in play. Not very creative these days I fear. With all the BRR guys who are also leading most of Qs, coupons seem to be not as much in play. So, I wanted to be sure to get the reps in for muscle tone and building.
Warm up:
15 SSH in cadence
15 Cut the grass in cadence
Mosey to get coupon and gather at base of field near steps
Main thang:
5 sets -20 overhead presses. After each set, run to top of stairs and back.
5 sets -15 alpos. Same format , run to top of stairs to keep cardio going and hit next set.
5 sets- 20 bent rows. same as above.
5 sets- 20 tricep extensions. same as above.
5 sets -20 curls, same as above.
lifting complete, coupons up, head to professional field for more cardio, chest, and core.
On field, starting at goal, run 20 yards, do 10 merkins, run another 20 yards and do 20 of a stomach exercise of choice, and then repeat . At goal, turn around and go back , keep going til time called.
Completed 400 yards of run, 100 merkins, and 200 abdomen excercises. Mine were big boys, LBCs, leg lifts ,and reverse crunches. saw a lot of other options being performed.
Gathered everyone in circle, and noticing time, stated ” OK, can’t have a boot camp without burpies.” Burpies til time called. Lot of moaning. After 1 burpie, I called time as it was 6:45.
