F3 Greenwood

6 PAX decided to start their week with a beatdown at Terrapin. It was good to see 2 of the FNGs from the Saturday get back after it and join in on the fun.

Conditions: Perfect

Disclaimer given as we moseyed to grab a coupon from the pile.

We returned to the grassy area beside the playground and circled up and got right to it:

COP:

25 Side Straddle Hops

25 Imperial Walkers

25 Whirly Boys

We then partnered up for some burning isometric work:

Once everyone completed the work we had a couple minutes of plank variations to take us right up to 6:00.

NMM:

Great work today by all those in attendance.  I thought this would be a good Q. It looked good on paper and judging from the reactions from the PAX, I am pretty certain it did not disappoint.

Sunshine continues to impress wherever he posts. He burned through the work, as usual. We need to find a higher pull-up bar for Sunshine. On the deadhangs, his knees were almost to the ground.

Hulk and Maryanne powered through the work and were impressive as well.

Tclaps to Otis and Bengay getting back out after Saturday. Keep posting and pushing the rock. You’ve already heard it countless times, but it’s true: It doesn’t get any easier, but you will get better.

I am always grateful for the opportunity to serve my fellow pax by leading a workout. Thanks for posting and pushing me to get better everyday.
