Beano and I posted at Terrapin for a co-Q that turned into a 2 man bootcamp.

We took turns calling exercises and completed 25 reps of each. Here is an incomplete list of the work we did: variations of merkins, squats, WW I sit-ups, LBCs, leg raises, curls, chest presses, OH presses, pull ups, knees to elbows, plank crunches, side crunches, step ups, and some other exercises I cannot remember.

It was a perfect morning to post and I’m glad Beano was there, because I would have returned home to do nothing today. Thanks for posting, Beano.
