After a long weekend of helping the Brothers with installing a new roof for a family in need I checked the Q sheets on Sunday afternoon , and noticed it was wide open. So I waited awhile to see if anyone would jump on it, but no one did so I decided to come up with a workout. My goals were to make it simple enough that I didn’t have to write anything down, but also good workout.
Weather: Mid 40’s and dry
Disclaimer: given at 5:17. The Q’s fault
Warmup: 25 SSH, 15 cut the grass, 25 mountain climbers
After warmup run to top of Charles ST. and do 20 merkins, and 20 squats. After run to 4 way stop at Lander entrance and do another 20/20, then we headed over to the Amphitheater and star the main even.
The work. 1 and 15
1 burpee at bottom of concrete seats, run up the seats to top, and do 15 monkey humpers. repeat and add one burpee and subtract on monkey humper each round. Recover was called due to time, and right before Crayola, and Foreclosure made it to 15 burpees. We started our track bact to terrapin with stops at the Lander 4 way stop, Lander entrance, Pascal’s parking lot, and top of Cambridge park bridge for some 20/20 work. Returned to terrapin and did COT.

Prayer request. Polly and his M, and mother in law for safety dealing with covid. Mr. Bean and his family while they grieve the lost of a mother, and grandmother.
Crayola and Foreclosure was pleased with the workout. Even heard the comment that they haven’t sweat that much in a long time. Maybe it was the warmer temp. either way it was great to get some much needed leg work and sweat in to start the new week. Until next time, EM out.
