F3 Greenwood

Another week, another Monday at the turtle. I needed to do something productive after a weekend of Spartan related activities. A total of seven studs embarked on a self paced workout built for any and all. Here is how it went…..

5:15 am – Disclosure

Warmup – 20 SSH, 20 cut-the-grass, and 5 burpees OYO thanks to Pothole. He came up fashionably late and I asked what he needed to get warmed up.

 

Now off to get a block, and to the gazebo.

    We did a different exercise at the gazebo every round

      50 curls
      40 merkins
      30 OHP
      20 thrusters
      10 manmakers

    Mosey to pullup bars, 5 pullups, 10 dips
    Mosey to flag pole, 5 bonnies (the hard way), 10 jungle boys
    Sprint down the gravel road to the parking lot, them easy mosey back to the gazebo.

Once all 5 rounds were finished, rinse and repeat.

This workout was made to suit all fitness levels. Being at your own pace, we were able to make sure everyone was pushed to the max. It was just what I needed after  Solid work by all who took park this morning.
