I am really glad we decided to do this work out with the small bricks.
One late PAX caused us to have to run back to the car after the warm-up to grab another set of bricks.
I found out that Juggernaut gauge is the effectiveness of a beat down by whether or not he wants to kick the cues but during the work out. He informed me at coffeeteria that he wanted to kick my butt several times during this work out. He definitely would’ve had to kick me because after this workout nobody’s arms were working.
This workout was a lot of fun to plan but really sucked when it came time to execute.
Until next time…
