I have never claimed to be a Runner and probably never will claim it, but I have had some knee trouble the last few months and after a couple months of recovery I wanted to give it a try, and nobody never thinks I will have any running in my Q. Well Surprise!

warmups: 15 Side straddle hops, 12 LBCs forward, reverse, overhead claps, and forward claps. 10 imperial walkers which I had completely out of inquedence.
First round: grab coupons and meet in front parking lot. Do 10 one handed merkens with the coupons and run to top of bridge and do one burpee. Run back down and subtract one merken, and increase one burpee until merkens were at one but stopped at half because of time, that run is longer than it looks.
second exercise: 15 weighted squats and 10 pull-ups 4 rounds and recover. Next do 25 burpee block jumps, 20 merken drags, and 40 Little Baby crunches. Run up To top of Charles st and loop around to Pascals and back down to coupons. Return coupons and meet in circle. Numbers and names, Announcements: Saturday’s workout at Terrapin, and prayer for Dixie Chick as he visits the doctor this week.
I wanted to kick up my workouts another notch with the running and I had to remind myself that it’s supposed to be hard and uncomfortable, that’s how you get better, and I’m pretty sure 6 paxs did today.
