6 PAX arose for a Chumbawumba driven workout at Terrapin. Garvo decided to bring the speaker and blast some “How Bizarre” radio from Pandora. It was an interesting mix to say the least.
After a 8 mile trail run yesterday, I decided a predominately stationary workout would be good. It went down like this:
Warm up
25 Burpees OYO
The Thang
10 rounds of the following:
10 Pullups/Jumping pullups
20 Merkins
20 Dips (modified from 30 after round 1)
40 squats
Once complete, 70 yard lunge walk with mosey back.

25 Big Boi Situps OYO
25 Flutters (count right leg only) OYO

- We missed BabyBlu – Payers for Princess during this time. Never easy when your pet is suffering.
- We also missed Sunshine – My two most consistent Terrapin regulars were out today.
- That said, We’ve got a new group of up and comers how are hitting that stride (Hulk, Mary Ann, Otis, Ben Gay). Well done boys. Y’all are killing it.
