12 different exercises, 28 reps each:

    Block Merkins (count 1 each arm)
    Flutters (hard way)
    Goblet squats
    Overhead press
    Big Boys
    Kettlebell swings
    Pull-ups
    Monkey Humpers
    Dips
    Lunges (easy way)
    American Hammers (hard way)
    Chest Press

18 burpees and then abs to the 6. Once 6 is in, .5 mile Indian run.

Rinse and repeat.
