20 Pike Merkins

30 Flutter Kicks w/ block

40 Kettle Bell Swings

50 Curls

50 OH Presses

40 Bent Over Rows

30 Flutter Kicks w/ Block

20 Merkins

10 Jungle Boys

Work up the ladder.  After each new exercise run to the top of the hill and hold a 30 second plank.

All pax pushed it and worked hard.  Looks like we will have some studs ready for IPC.
