YHC saw that the Q was still open for Terrapin at 10:30 on Sunday night, so because of the last minute sign-up, YHC decided to repeat a Q from a couple of months ago.

Set #1 (Cambridge to top of bridge)
KB Swings
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extensions
The three exercises were done together starting with 25 reps and decreasing by 5 for each subsequent set until 5 reps were done. After each set, PAX ran up Cambridge Street to the top of the bridge and back down. Plank to the 6.

Ab work
50 reps of the following were done:
LBC’s
Whirly Boys (counting both sides)
Freddie Mercuries (counting both sides)
Flutter kicks (Counting both sides)

Set #2 (Charles Street to last light pole)
Chest Press
Overhead Press
Bent Over Rows
The three exercises were done together starting with 25 reps and decreasing by 5 for each subsequent set until 5 reps were done. After each set, PAX ran up Charles Street to the last light pole and back down.

There was more planned that included running the other way up Cambridge to Pascal’s but 6:00 had already arrived so the coupons were returned.

-A lot of discussion about finding energy from somewhere. YHC thinks that bigger crowds draws more energy. Always harder to get going with a small crowd, although, the work put in was great. Let’s reach out to PAX we haven’t seen in awhile and try and get them back out.
