BabyBlu put out a request for a Q today, so I jumped on it. YHC really does enjoy Terrapin as a way to start the week out right. I’ve been a fan of the ladder style workout and sometimes its tough to get the reps right. YHC feels like this was a good one. BenGay texted me last night with a request from our Nantan Sugar to video a quick demo of the IronPAX week 3 challenge. We got a solid workout in, then made the request. It all went down like this:

Message: “Cast your cares upon Him for He cares for you” 1 Peter 5:7 YHC spoke about offerings this morning. Our Lord wants to be involved in every aspect of our lives. He wants our happiness, our sadness, our love, and our pain. Think of Him as your father. He wants to know about everything that is going on in our lives and how He can help. Sometimes He will allow you to go through a trial, not to harm you, but to strengthen you and your faith in Him. Romans 12:1 says to present your bodies as a living sacrafice, holy and acceptable, which is your reasonable service to God. This includes every aspect of your life. We hear the term offering and we often think tithe or equate a dollar amount with the term. YHC personally believes that we are to offer to God our lives. Couple of questions to ask yourself: Am I giving our Lord my all? He knows us completely anyway. How do I approach the throne in prayer? Do I hold anything back? What? Why?
Till next time,
