During IronPax last week, YHC realized that leg day gets ignored too much during my Q’s but YHC didn’t want to do too much legs so that the PAX could be fresh for this weeks edition of the IronPax. So, the workout was designed with some more legs involved.

Warm-up? What’s that. Mosey to the coupon pile.

Mini IronPax Workout
YHC found 25 yards in the parking lot and instructed PAX where that was.
The work was done for 2 minutes with a 1 minute rest in between.
25 thrusters, KB swings, curls, and manmakers respectively were done.

After we all had a taste of this weeks workout to come, we moseyed to the pull-up bar.

21-15-9
21 pull-ups, 21 merkins, 21 mountain climbers counting both legs. PAX then lunge walked around the small playground.
15 pull-ups, 15 merkins, 15 mountain climbers counting both legs. PAX lunge walked around the small playground.
9 pull-ups, 9 merkins, 9 mountain climbers counting both legs. PAX lunge walked around the small playground.
Abs to the 6.

Mosey to the pavilion for another round of 21-15-9.
21 box jumps (PAX were told to modify step-ups if so desired), 21 dips, 21, leg raises. 50 calf raises.
15 of each followed by 50 calf raises.
9 of each followed by 50 calf raises.

We had about 5 minutes left so we moseyed back to the parking lot where we left our coupons and performed 25 pullover to chest presses.

Time was called after this and coupons were returned.
