Wanted to get a little block work in before IPC week 2, maybe we over did it.

A set of 21-15-9.  With Pull-ups, Air Squats, and Decline Merkins.  21 od each exercise, followed by 15 of each, and finished up with 9 of ea.

The Thang:

Mosey to coupon area and select a big one.  Mosey back to grassy field and grab a partner for a little DORA.  Pax 1 does work with coupon and pax 2 runs to flag pole and does 10 LBCs, then runs back and switches with pax 1.   The work done is 100 Manmakers, 200 Kettlebell swings, and 300 OH presses.

DORA #2  50 Thrusters, 200 curls, and 300 vertical block bench presses.  Pax 2 does 5 HR merkins
