F3 Greenwood

I was excited to have the Saturday Q at my home AO of Terrapin.  So excited that I set my alarm a bit earlier so I could arrive early, drop my stuff off, then get over to Howard’s to meet Dixie Chick for a little bit of Mr. Ed with a 1 mile run back to Terrapin pre-workout.  Best laid plans.  I hit the snooze, and when I woke up again, it was 6:05am.  I tried to give Sugar a call, but to no avail, they must have started without me (as they should have).  That said, I wasn’t going to do the easy thing and go back to sleep, so I jumped up, and rushed out the door and arrived around 6:20am.  I found the PAX being led by Sugar through an impromptu hill/spoke workout.  I jumped right in and Sugar graciously handed the reigns over.  13 PAX were present and the work went like this:
