7 PAX started their week off with a trip to Terrapin. Numbers have been low all around lately due to a variety of factors, so lucky 7 was a good number. YHC decided to make his return trip to the boot camp arena after an off week last week following the Spartan Beast that almost decommissioned the USS Uncle Jesse. Went with a stationary workout comprised of exercises that should really get those muscles sore. It went like this:
Warm-up
25 SSH IC
The Thang
25 Minutes 300 AMRAP – (Work must be completed in order)
- 100 Pushups
- 100 LBC
- 100 Curls
- 25 Thrusters
15 minute AMRAP – (Work must be completed in order)
- 50 Bent over rows
- 50 Big Boi Situps
- 50 bench presses
- 15 Manmakers
COT/BOM
- Good job by all. Some modifications were being made, but that is ok. Do what you can. That said, I would prefer you to perform exercises that emphasize full range of motion as opposed to half assing the exercise just to say you did it.
- Baby Blu slayed this workout. I designed it with him in mind actually in an effort to ensure he came. He was the first HC without me even telling him this was the case.
- Good job by Peg Leg still recovering by posting anyway.
- Bean and some others had full on winter gear in effect. It’s going to get colder boys!
- Seat Down, Chubbs and Dixie Chick quietly put in work throughout the entire session.
