Another Q at the Turtle. After a weekend that involved Birthday cake, cupcakes, pizza, and cheese dip. I decided to add a little mileage to the workout, but wanted to keep it simple and bodyweight only.

Warmup: 20 SSH, 20 Cut the grass in cadence.
Mosey up to Charles St. and 10 Burpees, 20 Hand release Merkins, 30 jungle bois squats. Run across to the four way stop at Lander, and do 10-20-30 again, after we stopped at the Amphitheater and did the following work.
The Work( Elevens)
Start at the bottom and do one burpee, and box jump to the top of the amphitheater and do 10 jungle boy squats . Repeat one step higher and add a burpee and subtract a jungle boy until you get to 10 burpees. Abs for the early birds until the sixth.
After we ran over to the fountain in front of Lander, and tried something new that YHC has been thinking on, and it went something like this; Decline merken on the fountain, and bear crawl sideways . Every 5 steps you do 5 merkens. It wasn’t as fun as YHC thought it would be, so after we did 10 box jumps, 10 merkens, and 10 jumgle bois. After we made our way back to the turtle, but stopping at the four way stop for some 10-20-30 work, and finishing up the 10-20-30 in the parking lot before calling recover.

Little bit of mumble chatter today from the guys. Everyone loved the box jumps and jungle bois at the Amphitheater. If you weren’t there, then you were missed.
