After picking up a load of bricks from F3 Kobiyashi’s house on Sunday I remembered I had the Q this week at the turtle, and thought it would be a great idea to have a brick party. So I came up with a workout centered around two bricks per pax, and wanted it to be worth the trip over.
Weather: Nice mid 60’s temp

15 Renegade Rows, 30 tricep extensions, 45 overhead press.
After completion Bear crawl to the 4th tree with bricks and mossy back and repeat. (3 rounds) Early finishers do Ab work for the six.
After we went to Restrooms and did a 30 count wall sit, 30 count Australian mountain climbers, 45 count wall sit, and 45 count Australian mountain climbers.
With the remainder of time we went back to the grass field and got in almost a whole round of the following: 5 Bear walkouts ( Bear crawl with arms only to full extension and return.), 15 Big bois with the bricks, 25 American Hammers with the bricks, and 35 Vups.
Time was called, and we found a new home for the bricks under the trees next to the coupons, and circled up for Countarama.
Announcements: COVID #6 challenge this week.
Prayer request: Bengays friend ( sorry I didn’t write her name down) recovering from surgery and being in the hospital, Alpo has two aunts that are dealing with serious health issues, and a close friend of mine will be having surgery to remove his spline on Wednesday.
Good work by everyone, Alpo text me and said he was having some issues, but got there right at the start of the first round and push through it until completed. I always wonder if my Qs are good enough, but judging by the amount of groaning this morning I think it was a decent workout. Great to be in the gloom with some of the Best Men I know. Encino Out..
