2 rounds of a circuit workout that had to make up 30 mins.
Home Base was the Dentist Office parking lot which meant 10 burpees before and after ever round. Rounds went like this
10 burps
run to top of bridge 20 Merkins
10 burps
Run to top of Charles street 30 Bonnies (hard way)
10 burps
run to Pascals 40 Monkey Humpers
10 burps
for 2 rounds
then we had 30 mins left
ab circuit for about 33 mins actually bc I lost track of time listening to our Entertainment which was Foreclosure like always. We also found out we have a bunch of soft tails in our group that couldn’t handle the cement and had to run to grass to protect there backside, we also found out that Sunshine should be a Yoga Instructor. Ok my Q run was fun but I’m taking a break for a few days y’all be safe and GO Tigers!!!!!!!!!!
