Blu had been out a few days and was anxious to get back in the gloom. Terrapin is the perfect venue to get back to it. Wow, what an uncomfortable morning, 77 degrees and 100% humidity. But work to be done. This is what we did:
The Thang:
Gather at the pull-up station.
25 burpees, followed by 10 pull-ups
20 burpees, followed by 10 pull-ups
15 burpees, followed by 10 pull-ups
10 burpees, followed by 10 pull-ups
5 burpees, followed by 10 pull-ups
100 merkins, count out the 10s
Mosey to the gazebo
15 box jumps, 20 dips
10 box jumps, 20 dips
5 box jumps, 20 dips
50 crunches
50 crunches
mosey to the park entrance with bucket o bricks
pax alternate carrying bucket up the bridge and back down. Pax not carrying bucket stay at entrance doing AMRAP 5 Merkins, 10 air squats, 15 crunches.
