We had 3 HCs for what was projected to be a cold morning and I was expecting low numbers.  Fortunately, 4 others showed up and we put in some work in the Terrapin gazebo complete with festive Christmas lights.

  • Not a lot of announcements etc this morning.
  • Reminder to get your Starbucks tip money to Garvo who is coordinating delivery
  • Great work by everyone today.  Very cold out, but everyone put in solid work.
  • Sunshine mentioned that after running a half marathon he would crush the cracker barrel, including the peg game.
  • Music this morning was my Hartness Half mix.  I’ve used that a few times lately, but probably should rotate to something different bc I stunk up the Hartness race.  I’ll get more creative next time.
  • Sunshine mentioned (uncorroborated) that you lose 25% of aerobic capacity within 3 days of no exercise.  Think about that next time you fartsack.
