The THANG: 1/2 the pax grab a block, the other half grab two dongers, partner up and then head to the side hill by the baby playset.  With the pax lined up at the top of the hill beside their partners.

Set 1

Perform 50 reps of each exercise then bear crawl down the hill and return by back peddling to the top of the hill. Once finished with all 3, swap the donger or block with your partner.  Rinse & Repeat.

Curls, Ovhd Triceps Extensions, Ovhd Presses

Set 2

Perform 50 reps of each exercise then bear crawl down the hill and return by back peddling to the top of the hill. Once finished with all 3, swap the donger or block with your partner.  Rinse & Repeat.

Leg Raises, Flutter Kicks, Bridge Donger Pulls, Big Boy SitUps (Uphill, Only x25)

Next Up, lunge walk the baby playset perimeter.

Set 3

Perform 50 bench press reps with a block while your partner planks.  Once complete with the presses, bear crawl and back peddle.  Your partner can rest during the part.  Swap out and then Rinse & Repeat until time is called.

Naked Man Moleskin:  It’s good to see a big turnout on a Monday morning. 17 is a huge # of pax!  Terrapin has averaged 3.5 pax for 2020. It’s good to see Tickle and Tweeter post again so soon.  The Big Boy SitUps “UpHill” was a real crowd pleaser!  Those and the perimeter lunge walk. I created a special mix of 90’s hip hop jamz for Foreclosure after seeing how hyped he was for the tunes Thursday at Talon.  I’m pretty sure that at least him and Sunshine enjoyed them.

YHC hasn’t q’d Terrapin since the last time.  Not sure when that was, but clearly it was too long ago.  I love the AO, but had planned to travel abroad to an undisclosed crime scene for pure muscle hatred.  You’ll have to wait until next time to catch a glimpse of it’s nastiness.  As always, it was an honor to lead a group of such fine men.  I look forward to the next time.
