Ok so first I need to apologize for the Q getting totally gassed this morning. YHC was sucking wind from the beginning and caused a few brain malfunctions on my part leading the workout.
- Forgot to get my timer when we started
- When I started timer and ask UJ for current time I had a math fail by calculating time based on 5:30 start instead of 5:15
- During the workout I was slow and the L hangs in the beginning should have been modified a little, tough they were
- I was a little sloppy giving directions trying to breathe
- I realized my math fail when I saw the ONB guys running by what I thought was 10 minutes early
All in all we had a good tough workout that pushed everyone I think…..

Conditions were humid good sweatfest
We were looking for the Jugs but didn’t see or hear him rolling in. Baby Blu was on 2 wheels at the last 10 seconds before go time.
Mosey to the playground area and get things started
1 burpee
10sec L hang from pull-up bars
2 burpees
20sec L hang
Up to 6 burpees and 60sec L hang
YHC knew this would be tough and it did not disappoint
Mosey and grab a coupon and head to the hill, good thing the disclaimer was given as the FNG caught a root and went down, he used good form though and threw the block away from himself and made a nice tuck and roll and popped back up.
At bottom of the hill perform 30 Bonnie Blairs (count both legs), Bear Crawl to the top of the hill, 30 Freddy Mercury (count 1 side), run the Pull-up bars for 5 Pull-ups, run back to the hill and Plank Walk down the hill and repeat for 2 sessions. This is where YHC started to suck wind and bring up the 6. This is also where the PAX began to complain about sand spurs in there hands even with gloves on.

At the bottom of the hill perform 20 Jump Squat/Bent Rows, Plank Walk up the hill, 20 BBS, run the Pull-up bars for 5 Pull-ups, run back to the hill and Bear Crawl down the hill and repeat for 2 sessions. This is where YHC started to really really suck wind and fall further behind bringing up the 6. One the 1st set YHC was wondering what all the complaining was about with the sand spurs but during this set I found out first hand, no pun intended, and they were indeed there and prickly on the hands, even with gloves.

Mosey to the gazebo and drop your block out front.
10 Burpee Box Jumps, mosey with coupon to the stop sign at Cambridge and perform 30 LBC’s, continue on up the hill to Calhoun stop and perform 20 Al Gore/Front Press, leave block and mosey back down and perform 30 LBC’s at stop sign. This is where YHC discovered my time issue and called for the PAX to mosey back up top and retrieve blocks and make your way back to the coupon pile.

Announcements and Prayer Requests and Praise Reports – Hulk adoption went through Friday after 2 years, praise the Lord! We have several PAX hurting or loved ones who are hurting, we may not know them all but the Lord does.
