Perfect conditions at 52 degrees for the turtles to come out and play. Sweat was definitely in the forecast. Had a good crowd rolling in. One minute warning and disclaimer were given. We headed over to the grass field to warm up. Sunshine emerged from the gloom just in time for the fun.

Solid work from all men. T-Rav actually had his virgin post at Terrapin! I hope I did him justice by showing him some of the many possibilities the Terrapin has. Guys, I strongly urge you to get out and visit the other AO’s if you can. It’s a great opportunity to break the routine and share the gloom with some of your brothers you don’t see on a regular basis. Juicy Fruit keeps coming back for more. Otis hasn’t let off the gas since he returned. Several guys posting with nagging aches and pains, but aren’t letting them stop them from getting better. Always know your body, and know the difference in an ache and an injury. Really enjoying the mummblechatter between the various competing teams. At this point, we are 17 days into March Madness, but guys were out here working like it was March 1st. PAX numbers are still high due to March Madness. I think it was just what was needed to get some guys out of the fartsack and remember what F3 is all about. I hope these numbers continue to stay high when March Madness has come and gone. The gloom will still be here. Your brothers will still be here. Will you? This reminded me of something I read this week. This article basically asked would you still follow and love Jesus if you knew there was no hell? If there was no negative consequence to denying Him, would you still believe in Him, love Him, follow Him, for the simple fact of being His good and faithful servant? Many times, I think people, myself included, accept Jesus as their Savior to stay out of hell. Instead, we should do it for the good that He has promised us. So, when March madness is over, will you hit that snooze button and lose the first battle of the day to the fartsack, or will you get up and embrace the gloom along side your brothers that need you even though there is no competition or grand prize? Not a run or boot camp goes by that I am not pushed, pulled, or dragged by one of you to do better. And just maybe I am the one pushing, pulling, or dragging one of you. So what are you posting for?

I was honored to lead you men and looking forward to the next time!

Southern Belle hanging up…..
