The turtle workout is one of YHCs favorite. It is the one that starts the week! Weather was around 75 degrees and humid.

This is what we did. Partner up.
Partner 1 starts a little DORA with
100 goblet squats
200 merkins
300 curls
While partner 2 bearcrawls to the pull-up bars and has a choice
Either 5 pull-ups, 10 dips, or 20 sec hang. Then moseys back and flip-flops. Half way thru the merkins the bearcrawl was changed to lunge walk.
We then moseyed to the intersection and the bottom of the spur for a set of 11s. Sprint to the 2nd light (3rd pole) on the spur, do one monkey humper. Run down to bottom of spur-do 10 burpees. Continue adding a humper each trip up, and subtracting a burpee at the bottom til you get to one. Jesse killed this, sugar and hulk weren’t far behind. They all finished before time was called. Mosey back to the park, return coupons and circle up.

Just as we were about to start our work, a young police officer approached the group and asked us who we were associated with. We told him F3. He then asked if we were the group that runs downtown. We told him that we were associated with that group. He then explained that he wasn’t complaining but there had been some complaints about us running in the street on Main Street. He also told us when the wrong people complain they might have to start issuing tickets, but again he wasn’t telling us to stop, just don’t let the wrong people see you in the street. We assured him that we would never let that happen. (Or something like that.)
